The company's prospecting rights has been granted by the Department of Mineral Resources (DMR), water permits has been granted by the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry (DWAF), environmental management plan approved by the Department of Environment The company has already commenced with the plans to mine the minerals on the land covered by the licence.
